Is there a certain charge associated with shipping? How is it determined?

Shipping is calculated automatically as per USPS / Canada Post Shopify plugin from our Vancouver warehouse to any address in USA & Canada. Pricing is determined by shipping distance along with product size & weight.

Are there any specific regions/areas you cannot ship to?

Currently, we don't ship to Asia & Africa.

Is there a spend threshold to get free shipping? If so, does this vary by area?

Right now there is no free shipping threshold and all shipping cost is calculated automatically through Shopify USPS / Canada Post plugin.

Is there any lead time prior to shipping?

Yes, there is an average lead time of 2-3 days before we dispatch the order. After that, USPS or Canada Post will deliver your order within 2-14 days.
